This organic wine expresses to the fullest the typical aromas of the variety such asblack cherry, plum and violet, the intense combination of which can only be achieved with a pure Sangiovese.
In the Gregorian Chant “Jubilus” is the expression of what the heart feels when words are not enough. So it is necessary to savor all the sensations this wine gives us to understand why this name.
PIAN DEL PINO
ORGANIC RED WINE
THE HIGHEST EXPRESSION OF OUR TERROIR.
The organic red wine that expresses well the strength of terroir. Pian del Pino is born from the selection of the best Sangiovese grapes and represents the most authentic expression of the vine-terroir union exalted in the union with Colorino del Valdarno.
Elegant and complex, with marked tertiary notes, it is a wine of great personality that expresses the most forthright identity of the territory.
SALIX
ORGANIC RED WINE
THE ARCHAIC SOUL OF TUSCAN WINE.
Salix is an organic wine produced from a very old grape variety, Colorino del Valdarno, once very present in Tuscany but now almost disappeared because of its very low yield.
The name “Salix” is intended as a tribute to the willow tree once widely used in viticulture. Because of its slender but very strong branches, it was mostly used to tie the shoots together during bending, and we still often see it in our fields today in the company of the vine.

THE VERSATILITY OF WINE AGED IN MASONRY BARRELS.
From an ancient land, furrowed by the prevailing southwesterly winds comes an organic wine of great drinkability union of three grape varieties grown for centuries in Tuscany: Sangiovese, Colorino del Valdarno and Malvasia Nera.
“Southwest” does not “make wood” but vinifies and ages solely in brick barrels. The combination of local grapes and brick barrels makes this very fruity wine extremely smooth and versatile.

Pianalti is an organic wine particularly linked to the territory from which it takes its name : the Pianalti del Valdarno, an ancient land at the foot of the southern slope of Pratomagno. It is the bottom of the ancient Pliocene lake that was here over two million years ago, here today our grapes expertly express the strength of the terroir.
Pianalti is distinguished by its distinctive organoleptic characteristics that impart typicality, intensity, concordance and balance, giving the taster the feeling of the made as it once was.

ORGANIC RED RAISIN WINE
A UNIQUE UNUSUAL AND INNOVATIVE DESSERT WINE.
Patience, tenacity, combined with plenty of sun and light, are the basis of TerreMurate, an unusual and compelling organic wine, a great and new expression of our terroir.
The name comes from the distant Middle Ages: the Terre Murate were the walled cities. In these places, at the behest of Florence, around 1300 Terranuova Bracciolini was born as Terra Murata to accommodate and defend the people of our villages.
From Merlot grapes, from a single vintage, dried on the vine, after a very long fermentation and 6 years of aging in oak barrels, TerreMurate becomes an intriguing extra-dry passito.
